Hemp is the new Linen again

I've just finished stretching some new canvases for my next lot of Super Villains with some lovely Hungarian green hemp. Hemp has so much to offer an artist, durability, just the right amount of elasticity, and the archival qualities of linen. Before linen and canvas came into the picture and many masters, like Van Gogh and Rembrandt, regularly worked on hemp.
